Harry Potter: Return to Hogwarts, all details for potterheads

With Harry Potter: Return to Hogwarts, Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint are expected to return. The golden trio, as well as a slew of additional performers who had crucial roles in the Harry Potter films, will return. Return to Hogwarts will be available on HBO Max in the United States and Amazon Prime Video in India.

WHEN AND WHERE CAN YOU SEE THE REUNION?

In November, a teaser for Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts was released. The Harry Potter 20th Anniversary Special will premiere exclusively on Amazon Prime Video in India on January 1st, according to an announcement made on December 21. This thrilling news followed the release of the promotional trailer on December 20.

On Amazon Prime Video, all eight films in the enormously popular Harry Potter franchise are currently available. From January 1, 2022, at 2.30 p.m., Prime members in India can watch Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts.

TRAILER OF HARRY POTTER: RETURN TO HOGWARTS

The reunion special was created by HBO Max and Warner Bros. to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Harry Potter And The Sorcerer’s Stone, the franchise’s first film. Emma Watson, Daniel Radcliff, and Rupert Grint are shown in the teaser reminiscing about their time on the Harry Potter sets. HBO Max’s official Instagram account shared the trailer with the remark, “Memories from the past were shared. New memories were created. Come celebrate the magic as Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: #ReturnToHogwarts premieres exclusively on HBO Max (sic) on New Year’s Day.”

HARRY POTTER: RETURN TO HOGWARTS: EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

According to the new teaser, Harry Potter stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson will all be in the reunion. Other characters from Return to Hogwarts are mentioned in the teaser. Helena Bonham Carter, Robbie Coltrane, Ralph Fiennes, Jason Isaacs, Gary Oldman, Tom Felton, James Phelps, Oliver Phelps, Mark Williams, Bonnie Wright, Alfred Enoch, Matthew Lewis, and Evanna Lynch are the members of the cast.

Watson can be seen walking down Platform 93/4, where the Hogwarts Express is waiting. “I don’t feel like any time has passed,” Watson said in the voiceover, while Grint said, “I think this is the perfect opportunity to sit down with everyone and remember.”

Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy), Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange), Mathew Lewis (Neville Longbottom), Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy), Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley), and Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood) are among the Harry Potter performers who appear in the film.

The thing that terrified Radcliffe the most was the “implication that the most meaningful thing in our lives had been done,” but seeing everyone again reminded him that “it wasn’t.”

Bonham Carter described the sequence in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 where she plays Hermione and Bellatrix at the Gringotts Wizarding Bank as a “highlight” for her.

At the legendary Warner Bros Studio Tour London, the special is created by Warner Bros Unscripted Television in collaboration with Warner Horizon. Due to the lack of HBO Max in India, Harry Potter: Return to Hogwarts will debut on Amazon Prime on January 1st.
