National Nutrition Week 2021

The National Nutrition Week is scrutinized in India from 1 September to 7 September to bring awareness related to the best Nutrition and health. It spreads awareness about nutrition, its importance in our lives, and how to curb the problem of malnutrition.

The week is dedicated to health and well-being and to raise awareness, experts are talking about the right way to eat nutritious food and how you can lead a healthy lifestyle.

The theme of the 2021 National Nutrition Week is ‘feeding smart right from start’

As we all know, healthy food is essential for everyday freshness, which also helps maintain people’s physical and mental health during the coronavirus pandemic. The central government has launched the event to give the right information and enhance awareness with the help of various workshops and sessions. With the help of such initiative health nutrition campaigns and programs, the central government’s objective is to convey a message related to how children and youths may get lots of advantages from the balanced diet and protein food right from birth.  There are numerous individuals across the different cities who participate in multiple programs like Good Food Talk Show, Bharat Poshan Premier Quiz, Healthy Khayega India, and other week-long seminars. If you are the one who wants to get complete awareness about healthy food and Nutrition.

It is very necessary to eat a balanced diet regularly. The Indian government has taken various steps to spread the maximum awareness regarding the Right Nutrition in Nutrition Week.

Nutrition is the science or practice of consuming and utilising foods. Food provides our body with energy, protein, essential fats, vitamins, and minerals to live, grow, and function properly. Therefore, a balanced diet is important for good health and well-being. It is said that an unhealthy diet increases the risk of many diet-related diseases.

The central government has decided to collaborate with the Wellbeing council to celebrate the Bharat Nutrition Week 2021.  This campaign is based on the excellent food and health nutrition celebration that provide the expected ramp for all the ministers, central government, private organization, and social association to allocate the good practice to battle against malnutrition. Thus, maintaining good health plays a vital role in everyone’s life; if you eat easy healthy food, you can also stay healthy both physically and mentally. When you eat the right amount of food and keep your body fit, your body will be physically strong, which also helps reduce overall stress and depression.
